getting there

added thread covered buttons and tacked on the lace cuff, still need to add pearls and attach to the bodice
started
Chopines, these are only 4 inches but I don't have the wood working tools to work on the bigger ones

for fun
since my gold work pocket doesn't look like it will be finished in time I decided to make something a little fun instead
Here is the back of my pocket- With custom fabric with my coat of arms

And the front of the pocket- with an image of my inspiration portrait

sleeves

Combined the upper and lower curved sleeve from my Margo Anderson patterns to create a sleeve that will have a seam down the inside of the arm and a partial seam down the back so I can place the buttons

ermine shoes
so I am working on a project- I wanted to make a pair of shoes echoing my coat of arms. I made up some ermine fabric using my printer then spent 15 hours embroidering. My first plan was to embroider the ermine spots as well but time is short and I still haven't finished the dress.
I have already done a prototype of this shoe and it is coming together quickly now that the embroidery is done

And of course it's not until I posted this picture I realized the ermine on the strap of the black shoe is upside down.... oops, oh well it adds character
